Conditions & Cancellation Policy: A 100% tour package deposit must be made before tour will be shot. (unless written contract with agency or business states otherwise) Additional mileage fee of $0.55/mile will be charged for properties more then 10 miles driving distance from center of zipcode 92126. No mileage fee will be charged for the first 10 miles either way. (unless written contract with agency or business states otherwise) If tour is canceled and not rescheduled, 50% of tour fee will be retained. If tour is scheduled and homeowner or realtor is not present or the property cannot be photographed, 50% of tour fee will be retained. A rescheduling fee of $25 will be added to total tour cost to come back out. Payment will be due at the time of tour order. Tour link will be provided upon completion of the tour and receipt of payment. Tours will expire 12 months from the date of launch. A fee can be paid yearly to retain the tour - call for details.
